Like advocaat, only much better: We present the GINSTR Flip!


You need:

50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml sugar syrup
1 fresh egg

Place the contents of the fresh egg with sugar syrup and GINSTR in a shaker and stir until everything is well mixed. Then put a handful of ice cubes in the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass through a fine sieve and enjoy.
