In keeping with the 58th Super Bowl and the San Francisco 49ers in the final, our friend Marc Wörn has it GINSTR 49 created. A delicious Moscow Mule variant with ours GINSTR and appropriately American: maple syrup!
50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml maple syrup
two dashes of Angostura bitters
Ginger beer to top up
a pinch of salt
(Angostura bitters can often be found among the baking ingredients in the supermarket - but the drink also tastes good without it!)
Place all ingredients except the ginger beer in a glass or mug. Add ice cubes, top with the ginger beer and mix briefly.
The Super Bowl drink is ready: GINSTR 49!
