GINSTR Punch (Hot and fruity!)

Ours GINSTR punch comes into play as soon as it's really cold outside. It's a little more complicated to prepare than a classic mulled gin - but that's exactly why it tastes so incredibly good and round.

The GINSTR punch is for everyone who doesn't just want to drink anything warm in winter, but rather wants a really harmonious, aromatic winter drink that tastes like Christmas, well-being and high-quality handcraft.

Whether at Christmas markets, at private parties or if you want to treat yourself to something special at home - the GINSTR punch is always the right choice when normal mulled wine is simply not enough.


 

You need a little over a liter of GINSTR punch:

200ml GINSTR - Winter gin
200 ml fruit tea
200 ml apple juice
200 ml elderberry juice
200 ml peach juice
  50 ml raspberry puree
  20 ml cane sugar syrup (available from MONIN)
  1      Cinnamon stick
  3      cloves
  2      dried orange slices

Decoration: 1 dried orange slice, dried raspberries

Heat everything except the gin slowly, pour in, but do not boil. Feel free to let it steep for 10-20 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the GINSTR and stir briefly. Pour through a sieve into a cup, add a dried orange slice and a few dried raspberries on top - done. 


For an alcohol-free version, simply replace the 250ml gin with more fruit tea.
