Roseberry GINSTR

In keeping with the current beautiful weather, we have created a refreshing and slightly fruity cocktail that is perfectly rounded off by the slightly tart rosemary and tonic water - the Roseberry GINSTR!

Roseberry GINSTR

40ml      GINSTR – Stuttgart Dry Gin
25ml      fresh lemon juice
20ml      raspberry syrup
2            rosemary sprigs
              Tonic Water

Pour all ingredients except for the tonic water into the shaker and fill up with ice cubes. Shake vigorously (approx. 15 seconds) and strain twice on ice cubes in a long drink glass. In this case, double means using a fine strainer or kitchen sieve, so that the rosemary pieces created when shaking are not in the later cocktail.

Then pour the tonic water of your choice into the cocktail and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
