Here is our latest GINSTR Own creation: The Piñstr! 

You need:

40ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
60ml pineapple juice
20ml peach liqueur
Juice of a squeezed lime
1 egg white

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker and then pour into a glass with ice.

Decoration idea: Dried kaffir lime leaves and a physalis.
